how secure is my data?
all of our software and your data is hosted by amazon web services, or AWS. They can afford to spend billions on making sure your data is secure and safe hence why we choose to use AWS as our trusted hosting provider. if you want more information, you can read more here at https://aws.amazon.com/security/.
Do i need a credit card to try your software?
no. you may try any one of our applications for up to 30 days without entering a credit card, however, you may need to pay for some setup depending on the software you want to trial. when it's time to activate your account, we will notify you. if you signed up for the free version, some features may be removed as your free trial ends.
DO I NEED TO BUY ONBOARDING HELP?
dash/APPLICATIONS has been design to be an intuitive, easy-to-use software so new users can learn at their own pace. we understand, however, that learning a new system can be daunting so we do offer training and help with implementing for a reasonable price. otherwise, you should be able able to follow our setup to help guide you through the importing and setup process. note, we do offer 3 hours of free setup and training with data studio to get you going faster.
if i sign up, can i cancel my subscription?
yes, you can cancel your free trial/version at any time. for a paid subscription, you have 30 days from your start date to cancel, otherwise, you can stop your subscription and close your account after your initial subscription contract period ends (usually 12 months). we don't issue any refunds so we suggest closing your account at the end of your last billing cycle. and, just in case you have any remorse, we will maintain your account for up to 3 months after you've closed it so you can reactivate it and start again where you left off.
what support is available?
all users have access to our help documents and our support team via email. users of expert and enterprise editions also have access to email and additional in-app support options — plus phone support. this means our customer support specialists are available to answer your questions
